Rules Every Player Should Know

1 Introduction

Welcome to PH Pinas. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and PH Pinas ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at phpinas.xyz. PH Pinas is a licensed online betting and casino platform operating in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the PH Pinas platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PH Pinas.

PH Pinas reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of PH Pinas after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use PH Pinas. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. PH Pinas does not permit minors to access the platform under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

PH Pinas is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using PH Pinas is legal in your location. PH Pinas does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If you access PH Pinas from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one PH Pinas account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, ID, address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be forfeited and the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. PH Pinas will use this information for account verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, and payment processing. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3 Your Account

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH Pinas login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. PH Pinas will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your PH Pinas account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, you must contact our support team immediately at support@phpinas.xyz. We will investigate promptly and may temporarily freeze your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Account Currency

All PH Pinas accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). All bets, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances are displayed and processed in PHP. Currency conversion at your bank or e-wallet provider's rate may apply if you use a non-PHP payment source, but PH Pinas itself operates exclusively in Philippine Peso.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

PH Pinas accepts the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on PH Pinas is ₱200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your PH Pinas wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

All deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. PH Pinas does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of a third party. If a deposit is detected from a third-party source, the amount will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission during business hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one business day. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

PH Pinas reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you by email and may freeze the account pending investigation.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on PH Pinas are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted. It is your responsibility to verify all details — selection, odds, and stake — before confirming a bet. PH Pinas is not responsible for bets placed in error.

5.2 Odds and Prices

All odds displayed on PH Pinas are in decimal format and represent the total return per unit staked, including the original stake. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at time of confirmation are the final odds for that bet.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league — for example, the PBA Board for PBA games, or the official NBA result for NBA fixtures. For live bets, the result at the time of suspension or final whistle is binding. Results visible on broadcast or streaming are not official until confirmed by the governing body.

5.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided under the following circumstances:

• A game or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable completion threshold (generally three full quarters for basketball, 45 minutes for football)
• An obvious pricing error or technical fault is identified on PH Pinas at the time the bet was placed
• A selection in a parlay is voided — that leg is removed and the parlay recalculated
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded

Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's PH Pinas wallet.

5.5 Maximum Payout

PH Pinas imposes a maximum payout per bet or combination. The applicable maximum will be displayed on the bet slip. If a winning bet exceeds the published maximum, only the maximum amount will be paid. This applies to single bets, parlays, and all other bet types across all sports and leagues.

5.6 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered as a convenience for players who wish to bet during an active event. PH Pinas reserves the right to suspend, limit, or cancel live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted on live markets are binding at the confirmed odds. PH Pinas is not responsible for internet or network delays that may affect the timing of live bet placements.

6 Casino & Games

The PH Pinas casino section — including Tongits, roulette, slots, baccarat, blackjack, and live dealer games — is provided for entertainment. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through licensed live dealer studios. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) rates for individual games are available in each game's information panel.

Casino game rules are set by the game provider or the live dealer studio. PH Pinas is not responsible for technical issues originating with third-party game providers. In the event of a confirmed technical fault that affects a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded.

PH Pinas Tongits follows standard Philippine Tongits rules. Specific variations and scoring rules applicable to each Tongits room on PH Pinas are available within the game interface.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on PH Pinas are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as these general bonus rules. Bonuses are offered in good faith and are intended for personal recreational use. PH Pinas reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your PH Pinas account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering on sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher typically counts 100% toward bonus wagering. Casino contributions vary by game type.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

PH Pinas takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions; and using bonuses in a manner clearly intended to extract value rather than play in good faith.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new PH Pinas accounts only, one per person, household, device, and payment method. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Pinas and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with PH Pinas systems or services
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play casino games
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusion that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a game
• Opening more than one PH Pinas account
• Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund your PH Pinas account (money laundering)
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Exploiting technical glitches or pricing errors for financial gain
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or bad-faith use of promotions

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

PH Pinas provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, free from viruses, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PH Pinas shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors or game providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

PH Pinas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. Where lawful, we may withhold account balances pending investigation.

You may also close your PH Pinas account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deducting any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of PH Pinas shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process — contact our support team at support@phpinas.xyz and we will aim to respond within three business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensed gaming operators in the Philippines. You also retain the right to seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

PH Pinas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top. Material changes — such as significant alterations to bonus rules, withdrawal conditions, or prohibited conduct definitions — will be communicated to registered players via email with reasonable notice.

Your continued use of PH Pinas after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using PH Pinas and close your account by contacting our support team.
